This Pyongyang-style naengmyeon shop made its way from Hongcheon and Ganghwa to the foot of Sungnyemun. The signature is sunmyeon, noodles of 100% buckwheat milled in-house. The broth comes from Ganghwa beef brisket and shank with vegetables. Many tables add bibim or perilla-oil sunmyeon and a plate of dumplings. It made the Bib Gourmand list within a year of opening.
