An old house turned dumpling restaurant at the foot of the Bugak Skyway in Buam-dong. You take your shoes off, sit down, and Inwangsan fills the window. The dumplings have been folded by hand since 1993 from the owner's grandmother's and mother's recipes, and the broth is seasoned only with house-made soy sauce, no MSG, so it stays clear and light. The signature is tteok-mandu soup: three-color dumplings tinted with spinach, carrot and beet, plus jorengi rice cakes. Order the soup if you order one thing.
