You walk a good way into a Seochon alley before the little restaurant appears. The owner opened it in autumn 2021 with recipes from her Pyongyang-born grandmother. The beef cold noodle soup puts high-buckwheat noodles in a clean broth, chewier than the usual naengmyeon. Clear mandu soup and crisp fried peppers land on nearly every table. It joined the Bib Gourmand list in 2026.
