A pork-soup shop that is basically one small U-shaped counter. The broth, made from the legs of black pigs raised around Jirisan, is as clear and clean as beef gomtang, topped with paper-thin pork slices fanned like petals. Rice is warmed by toryeom, hot broth poured over and drained several times, so the first spoonful is already hot through. A MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, with a menu of little more than soup and kimchi dumplings.
