On the 8th floor of a small dark office building, with a sign that is easy to miss. It is a destination for whisky fans, said to hold 400-500 Scotch single malts, including bottles from the 1960s-80s. One reviewer put an evening at about ¥8,000 on ordinary pours; rare bottles cost far more.
