A sukiyaki and shabu-shabu house opened in 1917, using selected Japanese black beef and a miso recipe handed down since. There are sunken kotatsu private rooms and table seating, plus a large wine cellar. Lunch runs 11:30–14:30 and dinner 17:00–22:30. It suits a proper sit-down dinner near Susukino.
