A kaiseki restaurant a few minutes from Maruyama-koen Station. Chef Hayato Wada grew up on Okushiri Island in Hokkaido, and island ingredients such as wild vegetables, mushrooms and sea urchin often turn up in the courses. Booking sites list a Michelin star awarded in 2017. Lunch and dinner are both set courses, and it is closed on Wednesdays. A good pick when you want one proper Japanese course meal in Sapporo.
