A beer hall in red-brick 1890s brewery buildings. Under a high ceiling stands a giant copper brew kettle, and lamb sizzles on iron grills at every table. Most people go for a timed eat-and-drink-all-you-like plan, with freshly poured Sapporo draft, so beer drinkers get their money's worth fast. Do the Sapporo Beer Museum next door first, then come and eat.
