It is on the first basement level of the brick-red Hokuren Building. The signature bowl is a miso ramen made with 100% Hokkaido wheat noodles, aged miso and gyoja garlic (a wild Hokkaido allium), and the name is a nod to tasting the wheat one grain at a time. So the noodles are the point. The spot works well for a bowl before or after a train.
