Its own website says soup curry was born at Magic Spice, and this is the Sapporo main shop. The broth is built on Hokkaido vegetables and chicken, thin and easy to drink. Spice levels run to seven, and as they climb the bowl gains not just heat but extra ingredients. It is well out of the centre, so you go on purpose.
