The Salzburg outpost of a famous Vienna schnitzel house, listed in the Michelin Guide. The open kitchen shows the veal being pounded and fried. You choose the frying fat: clarified butter, lard or vegetable oil. Two brasserie-style floors plus a terrace onto Getreidegasse.
