In 1949 Bulgarian Zanko Todoroff first made his sausage sandwich at the Augustiner beer hall; it became the Bosna. It's sold all over Austria now, but the original is this tiny hatch in a Getreidegasse passage. Grilled pork sausage in white bread with onion, parsley and a secret curry-ish spice. The menu is one item in a few topping combos.
