A Thai-run Thai restaurant, high-ceilinged and big enough for a dozen-plus four-tops. Noodle soup at about $6 is a bargain by Saipan standards, and some travelers come back two days running. Fried rice loaded with big prawns, crab curry and crunchy morning glory are the favorites, and lunch brings an eight-dish buffet. The very sweet Thai oliang coffee has a roasted-grain taste.
