The pub where Garapan's nightlife actually gathers. A band plays most nights, there's no cover, and one beer buys you a long evening. Travelers, islanders and long-stayers share the room, so even basic English gets a conversation going. With tourist numbers way down, it's one of the few places still lit up late, and one traveler went every night of a three-night trip.
