Opened in 1980, this is the oldest Japanese restaurant in the CNMI. A 32-seat shop grew into a hundred-plus seats with a second floor. The menu passes a hundred items: sushi, grills, ramen, tempura, even vegetarian plates. Reviewers say portions are big for the price.
