This is the building many long-time visitors remember as 'the Saipan Hyatt'. Hyatt Regency Saipan closed at the end of June 2024, and new owners reopened it that November as Marianas Beach Resort. Gardens are wide and Micro Beach is right in front, so at sunset the sky over Managaha turns red beyond the pool. Reviews keep saying it's dated and needs work, but the location is one of Garapan's best. A Sheraton rebrand was reported as planned; we found no confirmation.
