In the residential streets around Cipro station, north of the Vatican Museums, this is the first trattoria from Stefano Callegari, the man behind the trapizzino. Michelin lists it in its cheapest '€' bracket as a lively Roman trattoria. Expect generous plates of what Romans cook at home: rigatoni carbonara, tripe, meatballs, saltimbocca. Across the street at no. 61, sister place Armare does the same with seafood.
