Via della Stazione di San Pietro 14, Rome

A four-star from the Italian chain Starhotels, south of the Vatican opposite Roma San Pietro station. On days when you need to queue early for the Vatican Museums or St Peter's, being this close really helps. It's a sizeable place, seven floors and 179 rooms (Agoda listing), and some balconies look at the Vatican dome. For Trevi and the Pantheon you'll be taking a bus or taxi.
