A small family trattoria on a lane just east of the main Trastevere crowds. The official site says it plainly: no reservations, tables in order of arrival, so a queue forms before every service. The menu is straight Roman: carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, Jewish-style fried artichoke, oxtail stew. Time Out named it Rome's best restaurant for 2025, and the line has only grown.
