A harbourside restaurant that digs through old cookbooks and family recipes and puts them back on the plate today. Dried fish, smoked ingredients and other old preservation foods arrive in modern plating. It is listed in the Michelin Guide and the tasting menu runs to about six courses. It serves dinner only on limited days, so plan around it.
