An upscale restaurant that pushes Icelandic ingredients through a charcoal grill. Salted cod with lobster salad, grilled pork ribs and dry-aged rib eye show up on plates, and arctic char and lamb get the fire as well. The kitchen is run by chef Hrefna Rósa Sætran. Dinner only, and popular enough that booking ahead is close to a must.
