The cheapest hot meal in Iceland. This little stand has been grilling on the same spot since 1937, and the lamb-blend sausage is softer and a touch sweeter than a German one. Say 'eina með öllu' (one with everything) and you get raw onion, crispy fried onion, ketchup, sweet brown mustard and remoulade all at once. Since Bill Clinton ate his with mustard only in 2004, that order has been called 'a Clinton'.
