A giant beer can sits on the red-brick factory roof and there's a photo queue in front of it all day. Inside, Hall A walks you through the brewery's German beginnings in 1903 with old photos and kit; Hall B puts you behind glass watching a working bottling line rattle past. The route is one-way, so don't plan on doubling back. Halfway through, the tasting bar pours your two included glasses, one of them cloudy unfiltered yuanjiang beer, which is the real reason most people come. Walk out the exit and you're on Beer Street.
