Walk out of the beer museum and the smell of baking catches you first. Dense, old-Europe-style loaves line the shelves, many raised with beer yeast. The oddball treat is draft-beer ice cream, which leaves a faint boozy note at the end. One reviewer says it costs far less here than at the museum's own kiosk. A light sugar stop when you've had enough beer talk.
