The other castle, and the one most visitors miss. Through the gates are lawns and chestnut-lined paths, the twin-spired Basilica of Sts Peter and Paul and, beside it, Vyšehrad Cemetery, where every headstone is practically a sculpture and Dvořák, Smetana and Mucha are buried. Stand at the end of the southern ramparts and the Vltava bends right below you, with Prague Castle far off up the river. The grounds are free, so locals come up for an evening walk.
