Less a sight than the local park for Vinohrady. Sit on the lawn on the west slope and Prague Castle hangs far off over the city roofs, with the sun going down right behind it. Around sunset the grass fills with students with bottles of beer, dog walkers and couples on blankets, and everyone goes quiet as the sky turns orange, then pink, then violet over the castle. Afterwards the cafés and restaurants of Vinohrady are a few minutes' walk away for dinner.
