A tiny taberna in a narrow lane behind Praça da Ribeira. With just six or seven tables, a queue forms before opening. The show is sea bass baked under a salt crust, set alight and cracked open at your table, then filleted for you. Seafood rice and octopus rice come in cast-iron pots, and clams Bulhão Pato-style, in olive oil and garlic, are popular too. Reservations are by phone only.
