Tripas à moda do Porto, tripe slow-cooked with white beans and sausage, is why Porto people are nicknamed tripeiros, the tripe-eaters. This 80-year-old restaurant puts it front and centre. It's a roomy, old-school dining room, and many diners came on a local's tip. Most tables add salt cod and octopus to share.
