A resort restaurant in an open-air space between the beach and the pool, used for a light lunch, afternoon drinks or a casual dinner. On Saturdays it runs the Tide to Table seafood buffet with catch from around the island, and there is a Taste of Phu Quoc set menu of eight local dishes. The buffet is pitched at resort guests, so ask whether outside diners can book.
