The Phuket branch of Graph, a roastery that started in Chiang Mai. It roasts northern Thai beans, and the three-floor wooden shophouse fills up with a trendy café crowd. The signatures: Monochrome, a vanilla latte with edible charcoal; Lost & Found, an orange-and-charcoal coffee built like a cocktail; and No.16, espresso over lime soda. It sells beans and merchandise too.
