A roadside shop that opens at dusk and stays packed until 1:30 am. For over 20 years it has served rolled rice noodles (kuay jap) in a heavily peppered pork broth. Michelin points to the dry rice with crispy pork and offal, and the charcoal-kissed crispy pork in sweet soy; the popular dishes sell out.
