Address
In the middle of Place Charles de Gaulle at the top of the Champs-Élysées; enter through the underpass (Passage du Souvenir)

A 50-metre arch at the top of the Champs-Élysées. Don't try to cross the swirling roundabout; go through the underpass. After 284 spiral steps the roof shows twelve avenues radiating like a star, with the Eiffel Tower on one side and the La Défense towers on the other. A favourite plan is to climb 30–45 minutes before sunset and stay until the Eiffel Tower lights up. Afterwards, walk down the Champs-Élysées toward Concorde.
