Contemporary art hangs in a stripped-back concrete shell of the 1937 Expo building. The walls are left unpainted, so it feels like a factory, and the installations are big enough to walk into. Shows change every season, so it is never the same place twice. The sunny terrace café is a good place to rest, and Thursday nights it stays open to midnight. It is also easy to tie into an evening near the Eiffel Tower.
