A small museum inside the Japan Mint compound on the Okawa riverbank. It shows the history of Japanese currency, old coins, medals and commemorative coins, and entry is free. A corner explains how coins are made, so a short visit works fine. It is better known for the cherry blossom walk held for about a week each spring: 331 trees of 140 varieties along roughly 560 metres, which opened on April 9 in 2026. You need to register ahead to get in.
