A two-storey brick building from 1912, a Registered Tangible Cultural Property, now an English-style tea room over two floors. A brass plaque on the entrance pillar reads '1912 KITAHAMA RETRO', and the windows are crowded with antiques. Afternoon tea with scones, sandwiches and cakes (¥3,600) is the headline.
