The flagship of the pork-bun ('butaman') shop whose boxes you see all over Osaka. Since the year after the company's founding, every bun has been wrapped by hand and steamed on the spot. Buy downstairs to take away, or go up to the second- and third-floor Chinese restaurant for seafood fried noodles and dim sum. Here you can even eat the ground-floor takeaway items in the restaurant.
