The roof of the five-star Anantara Plaza, next to Place Masséna. Step out of the lift and you get the Baie des Anges on one side and red roofs and hills on the other. The menu mixes Mediterranean cooking with Asian touches, plus cocktails, and at sunset it fills with people holding a drink and watching the sky. You don't need to be a hotel guest, and it's open from breakfast until late.
