The deck juts out at an angle from the side of the building, 1,131 feet up. Lean on the glass rail and the Hudson and the High Line are laid out below you, and a patch of the floor is glass too, so you see the street straight down. It is fully open air, so on a windy day your hair has plans of its own. There is an indoor exhibit and a bar, and many people come up at dusk to catch the sunset and the lights coming on.
