Taiwan ramen has nothing to do with Taiwan; it was invented in Nagoya by Misen in Imaike. Minced pork, chili, garlic chives and a lot of garlic go into the bowl. This branch sits inside the station, so a bowl before the shinkansen is easy. Garlic fried rice and stir-fried greens are the usual sidekicks.
