Run by a noodle maker founded in Arako in 1890. Kishimen is Nagoya's broad, thin, flat noodle, and fresh batches come from the company's own factory every morning. The broth is muroaji-based dashi with tamari soy, clear and savoury. It sits in the ESCA mall on the shinkansen side, ideal for a quick bowl before your train.
