The painter Lenbach's Tuscan-style villa is now an art museum. Its star is the Blue Rider collection (Kandinsky, Marc, Münter and others), one of the biggest in the world. The yellow walls and a garden make it easy to pause between rooms, and it is small enough to cover in an hour or two. In 2026 the Kunstbau annexe is closed for renovation.
