A tavern beside Munich's wholesale market, which has stood here since 1912. When it opens at 7am, traders and workers crowd around the pots of white sausage. It turns up on just about every German list of the city's best Weißwurst, and locals far outnumber visitors. Nothing fancy: white sausages, pretzels, sweet mustard and a morning beer.
