A young team runs this Alpine-Bavarian kitchen in the Glockenbach quarter. Michelin calls it modern Alpine cooking that swings between creative and traditional. Think a fried pork cutlet with wild mushrooms, nasturtium and potato-cucumber salad: country food with a twist. Order à la carte or a four- or five-course menu. The terrace is popular in summer.
