If there's a queue in the lane behind the Duomo, this is it. Panzerotti are half-moon pockets of dough filled with mozzarella and tomato, then fried; a bakery going since 1888 turned this southern snack into a Milan fixture. You take it wrapped in paper and eat standing in the lane, minding the molten cheese. The fastest proper bite near the Duomo.
