You tie on an apron in a small kitchen, and a dada, one of the house cooks, stands beside you. Smell the spices first, chop the vegetables, then put the lid on the tagine and let it simmer. The three-hour class adds a tea ceremony, Berber flatbread and eating your lunch at the end. The one-hour express class focuses on a single tagine. You don't need any skill, just follow along.
