A family-run restaurant since 1962, now past its sixtieth year. Despite the name it's a proper kitchen too: kare-kare with house bagoong, lechon kawali made from suckling pig, chicken asparagus sandwiches. But the thing people come for is the halo-halo, loaded with house-made preserves over finely shaved ice and presented with care. Tatler Best 2025.
