It's a modern building in the garden of the Greenbelt mall. The way to do it is top floor down, and the top floor is the highlight: pre-colonial gold, from crowns and belts to burial masks, more of it than you'd imagine existed. Other floors walk you through Philippine history from prehistory to independence in finely made miniature dioramas, so you can follow along even if you know none of the history. It's also handily placed for cooling off between shops.
