The flagship of Manam's Metro Manila chain, and a Bib Gourmand in the first MICHELIN Guide to the Philippines (2026). It's a bright white room hung with Filipino pop art, easy for first-timers. The headliners are short-rib sinigang sweetened with watermelon and crispy sisig; Michelin also singles out Tagalog-style beef cheeks with calamansi and spatchcocked chicken inasal.
