A small roadside eatery in Project 4 that took a Bib Gourmand in the first Michelin Guide Philippines in 2025. It is a family-run Ilocano place, and Michelin singled out the laing, taro leaves stewed in coconut milk. Charcoal-grilled sweet pork skewers, dinakdakan (pork face dressed sharp and creamy) and vinegar-cured kilawin have followings too. The star dishes often sell out around lunch, so go early.
