Holds both a Michelin star and a Green Star. On the fifth floor of Clipp Center in BGC, it serves a tasting menu that mixes Spanish technique with Filipino ingredients and ideas. The Green Star recognises its farm sourcing, biodiversity work and waste reduction. Tables are hard to get, so book a month or two ahead.
